It was in 2008 when news broke that Eat Bulaga co-host Paolo Ballesteros was expecting a baby girl from his ex-girlfriend Kaye Nevada. Just before the birth of his daughter, Paolo immediately packed up his things and bought a plane ticket and flew to the US. The actor/ comedian wants to make sure that he will be by Kaye's side when she need him. And just like any first time father, Paolo was very excited to meet his first born.
At last, Paolo's baby girl, who they later named Keira Claire, was born on November 29, 2008. Interesting enough, both Paolo and Keira shares the same birthdate. Keira Claire, during her younger years, lived with her mother in America. Due to his showbiz commitments, Paolo went back to the country. Nonetheless, the distance between did not matter. The 36 year old actor would flew back every now and then to pay her daugther a visit.
Time flies really fast, Paolo's once cute baby girl is already turning 11 this year. Looking at her picture and videos shared by her father, there is no doubt that Keira Claire is growing up to be a very beautiful young woman. She had since moved in to the Phillipines and is currently attending an international school. Today, Keira Claire resides in Baguio with her mother.
Paolo's daughter is not only pretty, she very smart too. Despite recently revealing his gender preference, Ballesteros said in recent interview that Keira Claire did not ask any questions. The actor also revealed that his daughter expressed her desir to one day join the showbiz indusrtry.
“She’s very smart. Walang tanong-tanong, alam niya na ‘yon, gets na niya.”
"At saka ‘yung mga gamit ko na pambabae sa bahay, sinusuot niya ‘yung heels, nag-me-makeup [gamit ang] mga makeup ko."
A few days ago, Paolo once again made a buzz online after he posted pictures of Keira Claire wearing a gown he made. Many people took notice on how beautiful her daughter have grown as she looked like a star in the dress. Some had said that the gown was impressively made considering it was Paolo's first time to create such clothing.
"Flex ko lang my junakis and my first ever dress made gamet ang sewing machine! Hoooo hirap! Buti nlng ganda ng nagsuot hehehe."
