Aside from Nadine Lustre's 26 birthday celebration last October 31, she had another reason to celebrate as she also celebrated Halloween with her boyfriend James Reid.
On Black Magic Ball, the two paired up to dressed up as Romeo and Juliet from Baz Luhrmann's 1996 tragic love story film, which starred Claire Danes and Leonardo DiCarpio as the star-crossed Shakesperean lovers.
James Reid and Nadine Laustre are one of the most biggest celebrity couple during this era, but there's more than the chemistry that came out of the screen whenever they share it.
For James, Nadine helped pull him out of what he described as “the height of [his] depression,” a time when he just wanted to throw in the towel on his career, “drop everything and say goodbye to everything.”
“No one understood me the way that she did and I couldn’t talk to anyone else about my problems. Being able to share it with someone, because like I would just bottle it all up and try to forget it but it doesn’t work that way. Pain shared is half the pain,” the heartthrob actor said.
Recently, the star-studded couple guested in an event of a product that they will soon be endorsing.
But before the said event started, James had his belated birthday surprise for Nadine.
Holding a rounded cake, James hides while waiting for her girlfriend to enter the office.
His accomplice was the staff of the said event they are guesting.
When Nadine finally enter the office they began to sing a happy birthday song and popped some confetti on her entrance.
It can be seen that Nadine is totally surprised, leaving her smiling and speechless.
It can also noticed that Nadine got emotional, she seems so happy with what James did.
Nadine’s birthday was on October 31, but it seems like every day is her birthday because of the simple gestures and surprises James got for her.
