Scientifically speaking, food poisoning, also called food borne illness, is illness caused by eating contaminated food. Infectious organisms — including bacteria, viruses and parasites — or their toxins are the most common causes of food poisoning.
Comedian-TV host Vice Ganda experienced it first hand. On his Twitter account, he asked for prayers.

There was no exact information what was the reason why he experienced the food poisoning but Vice thanked his fans for showing concern towards him.
The comedian host will be performing on It's Showtime for their Anniversary special on October 26.
