As an artist, it is normal if you want to explore more or look for a management that will help you grow not just as talent, but also as a person. Choosing an environment that you will work for is also important because it is necessary for you to at least have a peace of mind while working.
In showbiz industry, it becomes normal when an artist jump from one network to another. Many artists did this due to their personal reasons but eventually, for some, they would go back again to the network they came from especially if they did not end up well with the other network company.
Recently, former Pinoy Big Brother housemate, Kisses Delavin waves goodbye to Star Magic Management and signed a new contract with Triple A which also manages Kapuso artists, Marian Rivera and Maine Mendoza.
During her contract signing, Kisses was asked by reporters some questions.
"I just wanted to explore more pero at the end of the day, I'm always thankful for what I have achieved through the help of PBB where I started, so I'm so thankful for them," said Kisses when asked about transferring management from Star Magic to Triple A.
She was also asked if she's going to be part of Kapuso (GMA Network) but then clarified that as of now, it is only the management she signed but not the network itself.
"For now, ang sinign ko pa lang po is management contract with of course, Triple A, that's APT Entertainment. So far, I feel very blessed kasi I feel that APT is a very personal management who would really care for its talent. So I'm very excited for what's to come. I feel very grateful na finally, alaga na po ako ni Tito Rams and Direk Mike."
When asked on how did she come up with the company, it turns out that Marian Rivera who is also under Triple A Management became as the bridge for the young actress to meet 'Tito Rams.'
"Na meet ko po si Tito Rams through Ate Marian (Rivera) before. Nagkita po kami sa Guillermo Awards and then nagkita din po kami sa fashion show and yun, I just felt that he genuinely cared for me and naisipan ko na maganda po ang APT," the young actress explained.
Kisses also clarified that she 'formally' settled with Star Magic Company and even talked to the 'higher boss' personally to talk about her decision to leave their management before signing the new conrmtract with Triple A. She also said that she thanked all the staffs who she used to work with before and she will always be 'thankful' for them.
The reporter also questioned Delavin about her plans on future leading men from Kapuso Network.
"Hindi ko pa po na-meet lahat ng artists sa GMA so, I'll just look forward to that po," she answered.
As of now, Direk Mike, one of the directors of APT revealed that Kisses has three line up movie projects to look forward to this coming year 2020. One is a romcom, a family drama and the last one is a heavy drama but unfortunately, the director did not revealed all the details and added that it will depends on the actress if she would agree for all the plans of the management for her.
"So kami kasi parang merong latag na ito sana gusto namin gawin, ito plano namin, 'what do you think?'" said Direk Mike saying that they always asks the opinion of their talents about their plans.
Kisses started in ABS-CBN reality show, Pinoy Big Brother where she ended up winning the Second Big Placer. The latter has more than 2 Million followers on her Instagram account because she is a beauty icon for many and loved by her fans.
