It was indeed an episode full of unexpected revelation for the Hashtag member and former PBB housemate McCoy de Leon during his previous guest appearance in the late entertainment show, Tonight With Boy Abunda last Thursday, September 12. De Leon was invited together with his fellow cast members Paulo Angeles and Mark Oblea to promote their 2019 Pista Ng Pelikulang Pilipino entry, the teen oriented barkada movie titled "G!".
The trio were asked by host Boy Abunda to give their respective answers during particular segment of the show called 'Totropahin o Jojowain'. They were presented with a series of pictures of fellow Kapamilya actresses and the three would put up a signboard whether they think if that particular female is a friend (Totropahin) or girlfriend (Jojowain) material.
McCoy cannot hide his smile when the picture of his co-star Miles Ocampo came up as he replied by raising the the "jowa" (girlfriend) sign. Mark Oblea also gave a similar response while Paulo Angeles raised the friend (tropa) sign. Things got more a little interesting when each of them gave the reason why they gave such answers. Mark said that he finds Miles attractive while Paulo apparently spilled the beans for McCoy when he told that he choosed the "tropa" option since the latter already shared his admiration of the actress.
Abunda then went and straightforwardly asked the now shy and embarrassed Hashtag member whether the sudden revelation is true or not. And to the delight of the live audience, McCoy did admitted that he has special feelings and reservation to her Home Sweetie Home: Extra Sweet co-star.
"Iba siya eh. Naiintindihan niya ko. Hindi siya parang artista pagka nakakasama ko [siya]."
Despite of the admission, McCoy reiterated that they are not in a relationship as of the moment although he also gave a subtle hint that he wants Miles to be his woman if the chance would allow it. Before the show ends, Boy ask if he had any message for the actress in which he replied:
"Miles, kung may problema ka or ’pag kailangan mo ko, dito lang ako palagi. Ayun lang. Ayoko madaliin lahat eh. Masaya po kami sa kung ano po ang status namin."
